Eat With Us Kale Chips! written by eatmeetngreet Hi Eaters, It goes without saying that greens do a body good. And for us, our go to is Kale! Kristen’s ethnicity is Cape Verdean and she grew up eating Kale Soup. Fast forward to a few years ago; raw Kale is now a staple in our home. Kale Chips are a great alternative to potato chips, with the crunch that you want and any flavor that might want to add. We have made Kale Chips a ton of times, but today tried a new recipe and it was delicious. Here’s what you’ll need: 1 Bag or Stock of Organic Kale Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar Braggs Liquid Amino Acids Sea Salt Cayenne Pepper Garlic Powder Organic Seasonings We combine 4 tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar, 4 drizzles of Liquid Amino Acids, 2 tsp. Sea Salt, a couple dashes of Cayenne Pepper, 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder and 6 shakes of Organic Seasonings. Heat oven to 400 (we like them extra crispy) for 20 minutes. Take out and serve. Hope you enjoy these Kale Chips!
