Here is an incredible Wheat Free & Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe!
Since we have made these many times before we became vegetarians, we have replaced the butter with oil and the eggs with a non-dairy milk. Our preference is Flax Milk.
Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
8 tablespoons Organic Unsalted Butter
1/2 Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
How to make:
Pre-heat Oven on 350
Combine flour and baking powder.
In a large bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Then combine wet and dry ingredients and add chocolate chips.
Bake for 12 minutes and voila!
