Meet Beauty With Us Daily Skincare Routine-Natural & Non-Toxic Products written by eatmeetngreet Summer is here and so is a simple, yet effective Skincare Routine. It’s hot & humid here in Los Angeles, so having a stable “everyday” skincare routine is imperative. We are also dealing with heavy pollen and smog, so add that factor in and your skin can take a beating. Luckily, I have found a routine that I stick to and wanted to share my products that not only keep my skin clear and eczema free, but are also good for you without any toxins. Let’s begin! Cleanser: *Charcoal Facial Detox by Destiny Boutique. This was a local find for me at a market close by. This cleanser unclogs pores, removes impurities, & removes dead skin cells. Some of the ingredients to help this process are Peppermint Oil, Bilberry Extract, Green Tea & Aloe Vera. Perfect cleanser for Summer. http://amzn.to/2uJ7Fqq Toner: *LeMieux Iso-Cell Recovery Solution. This is a nourshing and soothing cleanser, while packed with so many minerals. I have been using two toners from LeMieux (including this one) for over 5 years. This formula has eight therapeutic minerals and is used for wound care. This is perfect for any breakout, hyperpigmentation and dark spots. I swear by this! http://amzn.to/2uISJsk Treatment: The Beauty Chef-Probiotic Skin Refiner. This product is EVERYTHING. It does exactly what is says it will do. It exfoliates and produces collagen back into the skin due to the Lactic Acid. The lactic acid also helps improve the natural moisturising factors within the skin, while helping to stimulate collagen production and promote a more hydrated, moisturised and plump complexion. https://thebeautychef.com/collections/outer-beauty/products/probiotic-skin-refiner-100ml Primer: *Mineral Fusion Hydrating Primer. This primer provides nutrient-replenishing Mineral Water which softens and hydrates skin while providing essential moisture to skin cells. It’s also quite lightweight, but packs a huge punch when wearing it under makeup. This also contains calming botanicals Aloe, Lavender, Rosemary, and Thyme to soothe and comfort skin for a healthy-looking glow. http://amzn.to/2sp1hDK Skin Conditioner/Eye Cream/Moisturizer: *The Beauty Chef-Beauty Fix Balm. This is a multi-use product designed to help heal, nourish and protect dry, rough, moisture-seeking skin. The power ingredients are Fermented young coconut extract which is rich in electrolytes, amino acid peptides, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. Young coconut is both a hydrating and rejuvenating ingredient. I use this for an eye & lip balm, as well as a hand moisturizer. This is the only balm in which I have never broken out or had clogged pores. I don’t break out often, but I do have some hyperpigmentation from my eczema which this has helped to heal. http://amzn.to/2sL01KH These products have provided my skin with stability and an everyday routine that is clean, quick and simple. Let us know in the comments, if there is a skincare find that you are using! Let’s chat. Happy Summer Skincare! I can only afford 2 though. Which ones would you recommend buying? I have a drugstore cleanser Neutrogena but I’ve been having redness and irritation issues. This post came at the right time. Reply eatmeetngreet 07/06/2017 at 8:39 pm Hi Lee, ironically that is my middle name 🙂 I would recommend the cleanser and the toner. It’s always great to have a base and a foundation and these 2 provide both. The toner will help with the redness as well. Reply Carissa 07/05/2017 at 7:48 pm Is this balm thick or heavy? I have cuticle cuts and was looking for something. Came across your link on Instagram. Love your site and will subscribe😀 Reply eatmeetngreet 07/06/2017 at 8:40 pm Hi Carissa, the balm is very light and this is why I love this product so much. It’s heavily concentrated, but in a “non-balmy” way if that makes sense. Thank you for joining our EMnG Family! Happy to have you! Reply Tim 07/05/2017 at 7:51 pm Wouldn’t mind buying these for my wife. I’ll ask her what she wants Glad to have met you & your husband through Wheat Belly Facebook. Reply eatmeetngreet 07/06/2017 at 8:40 pm Tim, it’s our pleasure. She’s gonna love them! Reply Lori 07/05/2017 at 7:54 pm Kristen, coming from Wheat Belly group! Thanks for sharing. You always have perfect skin in all your Hollywood photos. I would give anything to have a complexion like yours. Do you use this routine at night too? I have aging, dark spots and loads of freckles. Reply eatmeetngreet 07/06/2017 at 8:42 pm Lori, OMG not perfect but thank you. Today, someone told me (I don’t wear makeup during the week) that I had perfect skin! Ahhh, I have eczema but it is finally under control, thanks to this regime. You are too complimentary! Yes, at night I use everything except the Primer. Reply Cathy P. 07/05/2017 at 8:05 pm Kristen & Marvin, perfect couple you two are. You inspire all of us who are trying to live Wheat Free Lifestyle. I appreciate your honesty too. A lot of us would like to turn a new leaf with living with no chemicals. My skincare is filled with toxins so seeing where I can start so it won’t break the bank. Please help! Reply eatmeetngreet 07/06/2017 at 8:43 pm Hi Cathy, so nice to meet you in the WB Forum. I would start with the cleanser. That’s the first thing you put on your skin and the last one you mainly use before you go to bed. Reply Cathy 07/11/2017 at 4:00 am Kristen I ordered the cleanser. Just waiting for it to arrive. My husband is looking forward to using it as well in our old age!! Thanks for the recommendation again. Reply Ted 07/05/2017 at 9:51 pm My wife wants to try the Toner. Just purchased from here. Thanks for the recommendation. She asked if this brand has a cleanser? Thanks Ted Reply eatmeetngreet 07/06/2017 at 8:44 pm Hi Ted, it’s Kristen! Say hello to her from me! Yes, I’ve used the cleanser for 6 years. It’s the Exfoliating Orange one. I love that one, but I felt that I need some charcoal to pull the toxins out of my skin, so I found the one in this post! Thanks for supporting and purchasing. Reply Jessica 07/05/2017 at 9:53 pm Kris, so proud of you all the way from Taunton to Hollywood. Your skin was perfect at your performance on the green. Can you recommend good makeup with the skincare? I’m gonna buy the cleanser. This Taunton water is gettin to me. Thanks cuz. Love you Reply eatmeetngreet 07/06/2017 at 8:47 pm Thanks cuz! For Makeup, I’m gonna do a separate post, as I’m trying different products with this routine! Reply The Wellness Magazine 07/06/2017 at 2:18 pm Hey Eat Meet n Greet, coming from Instagram. Thanks for sharing the importance of using toxins on the outside. Great to see. Reply eatmeetngreet 07/06/2017 at 8:45 pm Thank you Wellnes Magazine. After 5 years of living this way, we are just getting started!! Reply Chris821 07/26/2017 at 9:48 pm Christen, coming from Snapfam. You said you were breaking out. Are you still on this routine? I want to get some products for my girlfriend Lisa. She is on accutane and has cystic acne. Thanks Reply eatmeetngreet 07/31/2017 at 5:49 pm Sorry to hear about your girlfriend. Please research Accutane side affects, as there are much safer alternative options. Reply Leave a Comment Cancel Reply Notify me of follow-up comments by email. Notify me of new posts by email.
