Eat With Us The Everything Frozen Fruit Smoothie written by eatmeetngreet Hi Eaters, Have you ever had frozen fruit that you have forgotten about? Well join the club. I often wash my fruit and put a lot of it in the freezer, because I love frozen fruit for breakfast. I went into our freezer and found some fruit that either needed some love or it was going to have to be thrown out soon. We HATE throwing away food, so in this case the option was to make a smoothie. I was so quick to make this smoothie that I didn’t measure ingredients. I just threw it all in, knowing that it could serve 2-3 people. I also didn’t take pictures of the fruit that I used. I got some great pictures before I drank it though! Here are the ingredients that I used: 2 cups Homemade Walnut or Almond Milk (we switch it up) Trader Joe’s Coconut Chunks Organic Raspberries Organic Strawberries Organic Blueberries Organic Pineapple Organic Mango Organic Fruit Blend Ice Then blend all of it together, add some organic blueberries on top and voila! The Everything Frozen Fruit Smoothie is ready! (with the added blueberries, it really could even be considered a “smoothie bowl.”) Next time your thinking of throwing some old frozen fruit away, check and see if it can be salvaged and use it in a smoothie!!! Have a great day!
