We wanted to share with you our juice that we have been juicing for the month of February. This juice has helped with stress, inflammation and anxiety.
My husband and I drink and make a plethora of juices. Anything ranging from beets to straight kale, we have done it ALL. But for this month, we decided to do a green, really gritty, fiber packed, juice. Does it always taste good? The answer is ehhh. However, we certainly know how we will feel once it is fully ingested and giving nourishment to our bones.
Here is our recipe in which we make with organic ingredients:
1 stock of Kale
1 stock of Collard Greens
1/2 stock of Swiss chard
1 chunk of Ginger (about 1/4 cup full)
1 medium Red Apple
1/4 cup of Onion
Juice this right up and you will have a healthy, immunity filled, overload of vitamins, antioxidants, phytochemicals, and minerals.
