Hi Meeters,
Going into the fall “winter” (And I quote winter since we live in California) we like to find comfort in space, products and items that help our health. It’s also a time of grieving for us, as we’re coming up on the anniversary of Kristen’s mother and our dog, Lucki. We pride ourselves in keeping healthy, no matter what situation we face, so we’d thought we would share our comfort items.
Rock Salt Lamps have been a staple in our lives for many years. Our daughter wanted one, so we decided to get one too! They have numerous benefits like improving sleep, boosting blood flow, and increasing levels of serotonin in the brain. It’s a perfect added item that lives right beside our plants.
Hydrating Face Mist is such a refreshing skin tonic. With Aloe Vera, Vitamin C Ester & MSM, it’s a perfect boost for the skin especially in the colder months!
This Non-Gmo Pumpkin Glycolic Mask is used sparingly since Kristen is on a limited skin care regimen, but we always like to keep this staple on hand, as the enzymes are so good for the skin. The benefits of Vitamin A, C & Carotenoids, really help to brighten the skin and boost collagen production.
Our go to products are those of Dr. Sebi, with his Bromide Pills that give 92 out of the 102 minerals which we need and take everyday and his Hair Oil, which is the most nourishing oil for the scalp and hair that we have used.
Let us know some of your comfort items and we hope that this helps and inspires all of you to create a space for yourself to live in an healthy environment.
Happy Comfort!
