We have made a drink recipe that is quick and that you can take on the go, to reduce inflammation. Tumeric has so many other benefits, but today we are focusing on inflammation because this has an ailment that has affected our family.
It has always been called “Golden Milk.” And it feels golden when drinking it too! This drink requires absolutely no sugar because the Karma Flax Milk, is already sweetened naturally; at least that’s what we think. You can add Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, & Honey to it as well for more benefits to reduce inflammation. We often add Cayenne and Ginger.
We drink this hot and cold, but I boiled this just to show you. I only boiled it for a minute, as it doesn’t need much.
This has helped us on the road to recovery. We have had some physical challenges and we get a lot of questions about how to reduce inflammation, which is quite common. Our three secrets for that are: no stress, lots of water and Tumeric!!!
